The Hydro Liner is actually propelled by water! If only all of life could be this simple. Just fill the 9 inch long boat with water (the hull uses double-wall construction) and as the water escapes out the transom the boat is pushed forward. There are no moving parts. What a concept! You can even add colored tablets - some are included - so that the boat leaves a colorful jet stream wake as it propels across the water. |
