The Curtiss Jenny kite is rather complicated airplane to put together as the framework is built up just like a stick and tissue balsa airplane. The outer covering is pre-printed and is glued on to the framework. It's a large kite: 5 FOOT wingspan (not to worry, it disassembles for transporting) and is an outstanding model when completed. It?s almost too nice to fly: in fact many of these kites are used soley for decoration. But that's no fun! It's a magestic flyer. |
